How our appointment service works
Booking an appointment with Forgebswift is designed to be friction-free. You choose the channel — phone call, email, or the online form — and tell us what you need and when suits you. We confirm availability within the same business day and lock in a two-hour arrival window. Our team member calls ahead thirty minutes before arriving so you are not left waiting. After the appointment, a brief summary is emailed to you outlining what was done and any recommendations for next steps. This service is available Monday to Friday 08:00–17:30 and Saturday mornings 09:00–13:00.

Free follow-up if needed
If the same issue recurs within 14 days of a completed appointment, we return at no additional call-out fee. We stand behind our work rather than charging you twice for the same problem.
